November Assembly - Help Often

Our guest speaker is Kelly Kobza, Founding Director of Greater Good Haiti, an organization whose main goal is to provide remedial education for children who have otherwise no means of attending school, enabling them to better their lives and the lives of their families. Kelly lives in Anse A Galets on the island of La Gonave in Haiti. http://www.greatergoodhaiti.org/about/

To thank Kelly for her time and to help her students, please bring school supplies to donate to her organization, which she will carry back to Haiti, such as pens, pencils, rulers, colored pencils, erasers, fine point whiteboard pens, watercolors, or small tubes of acrylic paints.

Get ready to sing! We'll be doing:
Don’t Stop Believin’ - Journey
Hey Jude - Beatles
Teach Your Children - Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young
Thank You For Being A Friend - Andrew Gold

Coffee and tea at 10:30 am, celebration at 11:00 am, and potluck at noon. Bring a dish to share!

Assembly is free and everyone is welcome. Free childcare. Free onsite and Sunday street parking. Donations and help with setup/cleanup are gratefully accepted.

See you there!
